![POhWER also runs the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service [ICAS] which helps people who want to make a complaint about NHS services provided by their Hospital, Health Centre, Doctor, Dentist, Pharmacist, Optician or Ambulance Service. Again, this service is independent, confidential and free of charge. POhWER ICAS operates across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk and is available to anyone over the age of 16 who is within these counties.
