Phil Lawrence
Biography:
Phil has been a member of POhWER since 1997. Phil was on the original steering group for POhWER’s generic advocacy service and from there became a Trustee.
Phil is very active in promoting advocacy. As well as his involvement with POhWER he is also a member and volunteer with Headway.
