HertsHelp is a new information, advice and support service for Hertfordshire.
This video tells the stories of a few of the people we have helped so far. This innovative new service, joint funded by Hertfordshire County Council and NHS Hertfordshire, is facilitated by POhWER and services are provided by over 130 organisations in Hertfordshire.
We are all working together for the benefit of people who live and work in the county.
