Waltham Forest Information and Advice
We offer a range of free, confidential and independent
information, advice and advocacy services to help people
make choices about their lives, to understand their rights,
and to be heard.
Our skilled and trained staff are available to give information and advice within the community at our Information and Advice Centre based at:90 Crownfield Road Leytonstone London E15 2AJ Telephone: 0208 221 2260 We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are unable to visit or call the Information and Advice Centre, we can arrange to see you in your home, or a place of your choice.
All our advocates have access to our Resource Centre giving them the opportunity to use resources such as interpreting skills, language line, signers, assistive technology, Makaton, easy read and communication toolkits so that they can meet your communication needs.
This service is available to anyone who needs information, advice, signposting to other services or a referral to one of POhWER’ advocacy services.
